The Lead Passenger is the only person in the reservation that can make changes, such as adding a guest or making a name change.

If you see "Adult 2" listed on your reservation please be mindful this means that you have not yet added your cabinmate. 

Holy Ship! 10.0 Name Addition Fees


Complimentary through July 20**
$75 fee from July 21 - Aug. 31**
$125 fee from Sept. 1 - Oct. 12**
$225 fee from Oct. 13 - Nov. 28

Beginning November 29, 2017, NO NAME CHANGES can be made on any reservations for Holy Ship! 10.0. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

Holy Ship! 11.0 Name Addition Fees


Complimentary through July 25**
$75 fee from July 26 - Sept. 7**
$125 fee from Sept. 8 - Oct. 19**
$225 fee from Oct. 20 - Nov. 29

** As a courtesy, we are extending complimentary name changes and additions until September 1 for both Holy Ship! 10.0 and 11.0. If you already completed a name change or addition during the $75 fee period, you will see a credit in your account with no need to take any action on your part. 

How Do I Add My Guest?

If your cabinmate has never traveled with Cloud 9 before, have them create a Cloud 9 Account HEREAll guests traveling on Holy Ship! MUST create a profile in order to be added to a reservation and be able to board the ship. 


During The Complimentary Period

Easily add your guest online by following these steps:

Step 1: Log into your Cloud 9 Account 
Step 2: Click “Your Account”. This will pull up all your past & present reservations. 
Step 3: Select “View/Modify” under your active Holy Ship! reservation. 
Step 4: Click the “Replace Guest” option.
Step 5: Select "Adult 2" and follow the steps to add your new guest’s information. 


After The Complimentary Period

Step 1: Identify who is going to be responsible for paying the name addition fee. Either party can pay the fee, however, the fee must be paid in full at the time the change is made. 

Step 2: The Lead Passenger must contact Cloud 9 by phone or email to add a guest. At that time, you will need to provide the new passenger's full name and date of birth to assure we are adding the correct person to your reservation. 

Step 3: Once completed, all guests will receive a confirmation email to show that the guest has been added.
