Port & Embarkation

Embarkation Information: 

Holy Ship! departs from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal #10 in Cocoa Beach, FL. 

Check-in will begin at 11:00 AM. 

Check-in will close at 3:30 PM.

You MUST be on the ship no later than 4:00 PM or risk being denied boarding.  We set sail at 6:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Disembarkation Information: 

Holy Ship! returns to Port Canaveral in Cocoa Beach, FL. 

Disembarkation is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM.

Please note when booking your flight out of Orlando International Airport (MCO), Norwegian recommends choosing flights that depart after 1:00 PM. Beats at Sea, LLC and Norwegian Cruise Line are not responsible for any missed flights. Book at your own discretion.


Zero Tolerance Policy:

Holy Ship! has a strict zero tolerance policy. You will be embarking Holy Ship! in Port Canaveral and passing through security run by Customs and Border Protection, a division of Homeland Security. Your person and your luggage can and will be searched. Forget about your right to privacy, you are passing through a port where all local and federal laws apply and are strictly enforced. Every person and each piece of luggage will be inspected by dogs trained to detect explosives and contraband. Anyone found to be violating the law and/or in possession of illegal substances or prohibited items (weapons, illegal controlled substances, etc) will be arrested and banned from all future events. Getting to Port Canaveral:

Port Canaveral is easily accessible by car or taxi from Orlando International Airport. Other ground transportation options like shuttles and limousines are also available.

If using a GPS device, enter 9005 Charles M Rowland Drive, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 as the address of your destination. Once at the Port's bridge, turn off your GPS, stay in the left lane, and follow the signs to designated terminal.

From the North: Take I-95 South and exit 205 toward Canaveral/Cape-Port-A.F.S. Take the exit towards Port Canaveral/N Cargo Piers. Follow FL-401 S over the bridge which will lead you to Port Canaveral. Take a right onto Charles M Rowland Dr and follow signage to designated terminal.

From the South: Take I-95 North and exit 205 and merge onto FL-528 E towards Canaveral. Take the exit towards Port Canaveral/N Cargo Piers. Follow FL-401 S over the bridge which will lead you to Port Canaveral. Take a right onto Charles M Rowland Dr and follow signage to designated terminal.


Parking at Port Canaveral:

Parking is conveniently available at all cruise terminals. Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage. Spaces are also available for oversized vehicles (oversized vans, recreational vehicles and vehicles with trailers) at special rates. Parking Rates

  • Overnight Parking is priced by length of stay. Total for 4 nights: $75
  • Oversized Vehicles: $28 per day


Acceptable payment methods include cash, debit, and major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. 

Potential Cruise Surcharges:

**In the event that the cost of fuel increases between now and the time Holy Ship! sails, a fuel surcharge will be imposed onto Beats at Sea, LLC from Norwegian Cruise Line. The fuel surcharge will be added to each passenger, not to exceed $30 per passenger. The surcharge will be applied to the passenger's cabin costs and must be paid in full in order to board the ship for Holy Ship! All passengers will be notified via email if such a fuel surcharge will be added to the cost of the cabin. If such a fee is imposed, the credit card on file for the primary guest will be charged.
