Because of the unique nature of our events and the strict cancellation policies of Holy Ship! 2016, we strongly urge our guests to purchase travel insurance. You may purchase insurance while placing your reservation online or by calling the Travel Team.
How Coverage Works:
ITravel Insured specializes in providing quality coverage, superior customer care and claim service to our guests. When you add Travel Insurance to your trip, you protect yourself from your policy's effective date through your return home and includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip delay, baggage issues, medical coverage while attending Holy Ship! For more details on ITravel's Coverage terms you will want to contact them directly. Pre-Departure coverage begins the day after iTravelInsured receives your application.
What will my coverage cost?
Determine your trip cost by taking into account the per person rate of the room selected plus the $140 port fee. To have a reservation be fully covered, each guest in a reservation must purchase a policy.
*For example, a Standard Balcony cabin is $899 with an added port fee of $140, so the trip cost would be $1,039. If each guest in the reservation is 25 years old, each guest would need to purchase a $61 policy to be fully covered.
It is your responsibility to be sure that you have purchased a policy that completely covers your portion of the reservation.
If you are traveling alone, you must purchase a policy that covers the entire cost of the double occupancy room.
If you are over 60 years of age or have a trip cost of over $5,000, please call the Cloud 9 Travel Team to purchase.

For pre-existing conditions to be covered you must purchase full trip coverage insurance within 20 days of making your initial deposit and be medically able to travel at the time of purchase. Other restrictions may apply. You should contact ITravelInsured with any questions regarding coverage terms. Just inform them you are attending a Cloud 9 adventure called “Holy Ship”. *You must be medically able to travel on the date that coverage is purchased. Travel Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
