The Pre-sale is limited to those who purchased a Pre-book. Everyone who purchased a Pre-book will receive an email with a unique password, date, and time (aka Token). Your Token gives you access to the reservation system when it’s your time to book on July 29th.

Things to know…

  • To reserve a room, a $250 deposit per person ($500 if booking a Presidential Suite or higher) will be due.
  • The $250 pre-book deposit you paid will transfer over to your reservation and will count towards the deposits owed.
  • Your reservation will not be confirmed until all deposits have been paid.
  • Only ONE Pre-book Token can be applied per reservation.
  • Tokens are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by the Token holder.
  • You must use your Token by 10:59 am PT/1:59pm ET on July 31st to be guaranteed a room.
  • Holy Ship! Wrecked will allow guests to re-instate their cancelled Pre-book, without fees, until midnight on July 30th.  Contact the Travel Team to re-instate.

Public On Sale

The Public On Sale will begin at 11 AM PT/2 PM ET on July 31st. You will NOT need a Pre-book Token for the On Sale.

  • Inventory will be updated in real time on our website, so you can plan accordingly.
  • Everyone attending Holy Ship! Wrecked must have a Cloud 9 Account. Save yourself time and have your guests register prior to booking.

Booking Overview

  • This event is 21+. You must be 21 years old at the time of check in.
  • Room categories are based on their location on the property. Check out a resort map ahead of time to determine what room category suits you best.
  • Room types and occupancy are not guaranteed to be available during your booking time. Be sure to have 1-2 back up options just incase.
  • Some room types may have the ability to hold additional guests. Contact the Travel Team for any inquires on increasing occupancy. Please note, all Caribbean Suites can only hold a max of 4 adults.
  • You will be selecting an entire suite and will be able to add your guests during this booking process. So plan accordingly with your crew to be sure you don’t create multiple reservations.
  • You will be able to select a payment plan during this process. If you are planning to split payments up with your roommates, you MUST make sure they all have a Cloud 9 Account and the person booking the reservation will need to collect everyone’s card info prior to booking.

Rounding Out Your Trip

  • You will be able to add extra nights, shuttles to and from the resort, and more while booking for an additional cost.
  • Be sure of your plans prior to adding these items. They are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time they are added.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
  • You can also add these items anytime after booking either through your Cloud 9 Account or by contacting the Travel Team.

**If selecting these items when you first book your reservation, your deposit owed at check out will increase to include these items.

Lead Guest Responsibilities

  • The person that creates the reservation is considered the “owner” and is responsible for making sure the reservation is in good financial standing.
  • This is the only person that can initiate changes to the reservation such as name changes, room upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Changes to the Lead Guest are subject to a fee according to the Name Change Schedule.


Please make sure that you have notes of your mobility and medical conditions in your Cloud 9 Account and in the Preferences section of your reservation.

  • Anyone needing ADA accessible accommodations should book into a Caribbean Suite with a King Bed and contact the Holy Ship! Wrecked Accessibility Coordinator – accessibility at cloud 9 adventures dot com
  • Wheelchairs, scooters, and amphibious chairs (with larger tires that can traverse sand and are water friendly) are not available through the hotel. You may be able to rent and have one delivered to the resort.
  • Our airport transportation offers ADA accessible shuttle options for those in need. Simply purchase transportation and contact the Travel Team to make arrangements at least 30 days prior to the event.
